He was left out of the squad for the Premier League defeat to Bournemouth as speculation mounted over his possible exit, and also missed Saturdays humiliating FA Cup defeat to AFC Wimbledon.Moments after that loss, though, the club confirmed Arnautovic had signed a contract extension to end the speculation over his immediate future.The Austrian forward said in a video message on social media that he is happy to be staying at the London Stadium and that he will give everything for the team. Thats what he should have done.If youre that good a player and youre playing that well, youll get your move anywayThe whole situation has not been handled particularly well.On a positive note he is still a West Ham player and theyll be pleased because hes one of their best players. Hopefully hell be there at least until the end of the season.
