Last week, McKay accused Cardiff of “abandoning” Sala in Nantes after the Scotsman booked his flight to the Welsh capital. On Friday, Cardiff boss Neil Warnock would not comment on McKay’s accusation, but admitted it would be a miracle if the club avoided relegation in the wake of the Sala tragedy. He said: It would be a miracle (to stay up), I have said that all along. But even more so having had to go through what we have had to go through in the last few months.
