Higuain first tried to get the ball from Luiz and after failing, tried again.The defender then appears to thrust an elbow at his team-mate, causing Higuain to utter some choice words to Luiz.Boss Maurizio Sarri was then seen throwing his cap to the ground and walking off the pitch in anger.However, it is said the manager was angry at not being allowed to practise set-pieces without cameras filming their training sessions.He wanted his players to go over tactical instructions in private without potential spies watching.
